Pavilion and Facility Rental

Spalding County Parks and Recreation offers multiple options for pavilion and facility rental for your next special event!

Park Pavilions

For information as to the availability of a desired pavilion please call Parks and Recreation at 770-467-4750.

*Please note that Spalding County Parks and Recreation does not reserve City Park pavilions. Please call the City of Griffin Public Works at 770-229-6603.

Spalding County park pavilions are available to rent for the following two time periods:

8am to 1pm and 2pm to 7pm
Cash only accepted

AMBUCS Park Pavilion

$20.00 for half day rental or $40.00 for all day rental

Dundee Lake Park Pavilion

$50.00 for half day rental or $100.00 for all day rental

Fairmont Park Pavilion
( $10.00 cash deposit required for bathroom access)

$40.00 for half day rental or $80.00 for all day rental

Wyomia Tyus Park Pavilions
Two large pavilions to choose from Pavilion #1 or Pavilion #2 (lake side)

$75.00 for half day rental or $150.00 for all day

Orchard Hill Park Pavilions
Two pavilions are available for use on a first come basis only. They are not reservable.

For information on the Orchard Hill City Hall picnic area please call the City of Orchard Hill on Wednesdays from 1pm to 4pm only at 770-228-3411.

Sunnyside Park Pavilion

Facility Rentals

Facility rooms are available for rent after regularly scheduled facility hours. All reservations require a $100.00 refundable deposit. A security officer is required with all rentals at an additional hourly fee. All reservations are handled on a cash only basis. When making plans for your special event please consider the time needed for set up and clean up within the reserved hours. Meeting rooms and classrooms at City Park and Fairmont Park Community Centers are available to the community at no cost during facility hours and must be reserved by contacting the Spalding County Parks and Recreation main office in person or by calling 770 467 4750. NO ROOM RESERVATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED AT COMMUNITY CENTERS.

City Park Community Center rentals:
Gymnasium - $75.00 for the first 2 hours and $35.00 for each additional hour
Meeting Room - $50.00 for the first 2 hours and $25.00 for each additional hour
T.V. Room - $35.00 for the first 2 hours and $20.00 for each additional hour

Fairmont Community Center rentals:
Gymnasium - $75.00 for the first 2 hours and $35.00 for each additional hour
Meeting Room - $50.00 for the first 2 hours and $25.00 for each additional hour
T.V. Room - $35 for the first 2 hours and $20.00 for each additional hour

AMBUCS Park rental:
Gymnasium - $75 for the first 2 hours and $35.00 for each additional hour

Senior Center rentals:
Evening and weekend rental use only as recreation schedule allows

Multipurpose Room (accommodates no more that 80 people) - $100.00 for 6 hours and $25.00 for each additional hour
Dining Room (accommodates no more than 72 people) - $150.00 for 6 hours and $25.00 for each additional hour
