We are excited to announce that the new Spalding County Skate Park, The Grind, is open!  The park, which was made possible by contributions from private sponsors and the Spalding County Board of Commissioners, opened in May of 2007.  The goal was to provide a safe place for the youth of the county to skate. 

The park is located next to City Park Community Center and is open 7 days a week from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm.  Skateboards, inline skates and scooters are allowed - NO bikes.
